Brent G. Eddy
Service & Parts Manager
I am a Knoxville native who grew up on Fort Loudon Lake. I spent my summers sailing, boating and water skiing. In 1998, after being in the automotive business for a number of years, I came to work at Sea Ray Of Knoxville. I started out working the parts counter and writing service. I attended Mercruiser training until I became a certified technician. This training helped me further expand my knowledge in the service and parts departments. Today I am the Parts & Service Manager for ULTRA Marine Service. This new company is focused on meeting the needs of our parts and service customers. I am proud to be a part of this new company with the same great team of professionals and the same great service we have always provided.
Joe began working with us in 2012 and has earned quite a reputation for his restoration detail work. He has an incredible work ethic and a great eye for detail. He takes pride in every boat he works on. When not detailing boats, Joe spends his time with his longtime girlfriend and their German Sheppard. He is an East Tennessee native and a true patriot.
Donnie has been working with us since 1999. He is a Mercury/Mercruiser certified technician with over 20 years of experience in the marine business. Donnie handles most of our mobile services, which covers a territory stretching from Watts Bar Lake to Norris Lake and all the in-betweens. When Donnie is not tending to a customer’s boat, he is fishing or racing fast boats. Donnie is also a Ford Mustang enthusiast.
Sparky began working with us in 2006 and is our senior technician. He has been factory trained for OMC, Volvo, Mercury/Mercruiser, Indmar, Onan and Westerbeke generators. With 36 years of experience in the marine industry, Sparky is one of the most knowledgeable technicians in East Tennessee. A love for the outdoors and a real outdoorsman, Sparky spends his days off hunting and fishing. When he’s not on the river or in the woods, he enjoys hosting large family cookouts at his home in Mascot, Tn.
