About the Role

King Marine Group, Inc. specializes in providing service to customers through marine electronics sales, installation, tech support, and servicing of Mercury Marine motors. This position will be an integral part of our customer relations and service department.

Job duties and Qualifications:
-Answering phones, greet and direct customers as they walk through the door.
-Interact with customers with a professional, positive, and friendly "Built to Serve" attitude. Listen to their questions, concerns, and provide timely responses.
-Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of vessel and perform any additional follow up.
-Creating service tickets, advise customers on the recommended repairs and offer a pricing quote.
-Answer detailed questions about services performed and price information.
-Provide updates to customers as the work is complete.
-Perform general duties as assigned that assists in all areas of business.
-Open/close register each day.
-Maintain a clean work area.
-Must possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
-Must work well in a team atmosphere and be able to communicate with other departments within the business.
-Able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion.
-Available to work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
-Candidates must possess HS Diploma or GED equivalent & valid drivers license with clean history.
-Must be able to pass drug screen.

Previous service counter experience is a plus but not required.

Pay dependent on experience.
