How It Works
When your engine starts and the starting battery reaches the programmed charging voltage (default 13.3V), the BPR automatically connects your auxiliary battery so both batteries charge simultaneously.
Once the engine is turned off and voltage drops below the programmed disconnect threshold (default 12.8V), the relay automatically isolates the batteries. This prevents accessories from draining your starting battery while ensuring you always have enough power to start your engine.

Simply press and hold the Assist Start button for 3 seconds and the BPR temporarily connects your auxiliary battery to help start your engine. The override remains active for 60 seconds, giving you time to crank the engine without needing jumper cables.
